You can contact me either by phone or by e mail. Meetings are STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY  and I usually require at least an hours notice as I have to travel to where I meet my clients. I am available most days but the more notice you can give me the better chance of us getting together as I do have another life to lead and I do not sit around waiting for calls.
