Business owners have called on council chiefs to help end the blight of illegal parking, littering and sex workers trading from their street. North East Lincolnshire Council chiefs launched Operation Gateway to enhance the two-mile stretch of Cleethorpe Road and Grimsby Road into Cleethorpes.
