A brothel was closed down. The police suspected the women were being forced to work there. There was little evidence of this. The women were given every opportunity to say they were being coerced. The evidence the police proffered was there were cameras at the front of the property. This seems like a good security arrangement to stop unwanted people from entering the property. We all know criminals target brothels.
