The application by Blueholme Limited wanted to refurbish a former nightclub in Dundee and transform it into an adult entertainment centre.
But the application was unanimously voted down yesterday by Dundee City Council’s licensing board saying it could lead to a high number of sexually excited men in an area which has a prostitution problem.
