Three Drug Dealers Jailed for Exploitation and Prostitution Conspiracy

Three men have been sentenced to significant jail terms for their roles in a conspiracy that involved exploiting women for prostitution and the supply of Class A drugs at a property in Milton Keynes. Catalin Lupau, Bogdan Stoican, and George Pandele were put behind bars following a complex investigation by Thames Valley Police.

Amersham Law Courts heard that the trio facilitated prostitution and drug dealing from a block of flats on Milburn Avenue. The police investigation began in October 2024, leading to warrants being executed in April 2025, during which the three men were arrested.

Lupau, 34, Stoican, 31, and Pandele, 27, were subsequently found guilty on October 24 of multiple charges, including conspiracy to control prostitution for gain, exploitation, supplying Class A drugs, and managing a brothel. Lupau and Pandele were each jailed for nine years, while Stoican received an eight-year sentence.

Detective Sergeant James Faithfull praised the result, noting the investigation safeguarded 18 women. The block of flats was later closed down in May in partnership with Milton Keynes City Council, in what was described as the largest closure order used in the Thames Valley area, significantly improving the lives of local residents who had suffered repeated anti-social behaviour. Police stressed that such criminality will not be tolerated.
