Violent pervert Henry Alexander was been spared jailed despite beating a sex worker and leaving her black and blue.
The victim had been waiting in Sandbach Road, Cobridge, when Alexander pulled up alongside her in a Ford Mondeo at around 2am.
Alexander has now been sentenced to 51 weeks in prison, suspended for two years, on February 25 having been found guilty of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He will also be subject to a curfew and was ordered to pay compensation and court costs. He will be subject to a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim.
